Happy Memorial Weekend everyone 🇺🇸❤️

I want you all to remember something this weekend:

You are allowed to enjoy food, family, cookouts, drinks, desserts, and memories WITHOUT feeling guilty.

The goal is not perfection, it’s awareness and balance.

Here are a few things to keep in mind while celebrating:
✔️ Prioritize protein with your meals
✔️ Try not to snack mindlessly all day
✔️ Enjoy sweets and treats, but keep portions reasonable
✔️ Stay hydrated and get some movement in when possible
✔️ Don’t let one meal turn into an “I’ll restart Monday” mindset

One weekend will not ruin your progress… but staying consistent with small habits can help you continue moving toward your goals while still living your life.

I want you guys to really think about this for a second,
If you feel like you’ve been working hard but not seeing the results you expect… we need to look outside the gym.

Because your workouts are only a small part of the equation.

The real drivers of fat loss are your daily habits:
– How much you’re moving throughout the day (not just your workout)
– How consistent you are with your nutrition
– Whether you’re actually getting enough sleep
– Your water intake
And this is where most people fall off, not because they don’t care, but because these things are easy to overlook.
It’s easy to say “I worked out today, I’m good.”
But what happened the rest of the day?
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being aware and tightening things up little by little.
So going into the next few days, ask yourself:
Where am I inconsistent right now?
That’s your focus. Not everything, just that one area.
