JOB OPPORTUNITY:
Not Your Typical ABA Therapy is looking for a friendly, playful, and compassionate RBT to join our team!
We believe ABA should feel natural, fun, child-led, and meaningful. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with kids, follows their interests, and wants to help families while respecting each child for who they are.
What we’re looking for:
· Active RBT credential
· Minimum 6 months of RBT experience
· Bilingual – Spanish & English
· Warm, energetic, patient, and independent
· Comfortable providing in-home services
Loves play-based, child-led therapy
Open to collaboration, feedback, and learning
If you’re looking for a team that values our clients AND our therapists, we’d love to hear from you!
Pay Rate: $20-$26 DOE + Mileage Reimbursement
