Never be afraid to restart. 💚

There are no rules in life for this and sometimes things happen, so you're allowed to start over as many times as you need to. 💯

Don't let anyone embarrass you or tell you that you can't start over. You can start over at any age, even 80. 😘

Remember it's your life to live and no one else’s. Do what's best for you. 💯

Even on your hardest days, you woke up, put one foot in front of the other, and did your best. ❤️

Sometimes it's not the easiest to go to work when we don't want to or go to the gym or do the task or the thing, but just remember you've gotten through 100% of your bad days - and that says a lot. 💯

I've been feeling really uninspired lately, but I still put one foot in front of the other and kept on going. 😉

Remember to always be your own best friend. 💙

Remember you can take rest. 💛

Above all else know that you are every bit worth it and worthy of it. 💚

Whatever you are seeking in life wants you just as much as you want it. 💯

For the law of attraction to work you have to manifest something by thinking good thoughts about it, taking action, and wanting it enough and once you have it - you let go and hope it comes back to you. 🔥

But, trust me what you want wants you back just as much. Don’t be discouraged when you don’t get it right away. The universe is just waiting for the right moment to give it to you. 💯

Anybody who thinks you are too much to handle is definitely not your people and you need to go find people that will accept you for who you are. 💯

We shouldn't have to lessen ourselves for the people we surround ourselves with. You should be able to be 100% yourself with the people who care about you. 😍

And if you have to lessen yourself know they aren't your people and you deserve much better. 🙃

I hope you find your people today and always. ❤️

This is 100% the truth. 💯

When I get discouraged that I’m not doing enough I try to remember that most people won’t even attempt what I’m doing. Therefore, I am way ahead of the game. 🔥

If you are scared to do that thing or hesitant, just try. What’s the worst that will come out of it? And it might come out better than you even thought. ❤️

Work through the pain, fight through the struggle, and look pain or fear in the face and say you aren’t taking me down with you. 💯

The best changes happen in the uncomfortable spaces. The spaces where you don’t think you can go another minute or last another second. 🤯

Know that you aren’t your pain and you are strong enough to withstand the storm. 💯

They say you have to face it to make it. And that is totally true. ✨

In your vulnerable moments analyze and see why you feel that way and what is being brought to the surface for you to heal. ❤️

This will not only make you a better person but it will help you recognize what needs your attention at this time in your life. 💯

This is your cue to get up and do the thing, start the hard stuff, and get moving, even if it's just a little at a time. 🏃‍♀️🏃

The hardest is the start, everything after gets easier 💯

A good friend can help get you out of that rut you've been in 🤗

A good friend can make you feel better when you are feeling low 😘

A good friend can lift you up when you feel so down you can't even put together the words 😁

Notice your good friends, praise your good friends, and most of all be grateful for your good friends ❤️

What's your inner dialogue look like? Are you saying and thinking nice things about yourself? 🤔

If you aren't then it's time to change that, starting today. 💯

It took me about a year and a half before I started seeing results in my inner monologue. You might think that's long but the times going to pass anyways, and don't you want your mind to be a nice place to live in? ❤️

I literally interrupted every negative thought with a positive one and I am so much clearer and less anxiety ridden today. I 💯 recommend. 😍

I encourage you to get out today. Feel the gravel beneath your toes and feel the fresh air on your face. 💨

As humans, we are constantly stuck at our computers or at a desk which is not what we are meant for. After all, we used to be hunters and gatherers. So, I encourage you to take advice from your ancestors and get out! 🏃

This could be a walk, run, yoga, or just simply standing in the sunlight. I promise it'll do you some good. ☀️
