Happy Birthday to my man! You are everything and more that I have prayed for and god sure blessed me with you. You have made my life better in every way possible and brought me closer to the woman I always dreamt of being. Everyday is a gift watching you grow into the most amazing man and I can’t wait to watch you grow into the best daddy ever! Our son is already so blessed and lucky to have you (and our fur babies)!!

42 days sober

No alcohol.
No smoking of any sorts.
No processed foods.
No fake sugars.
No BS.

NO MORE falling into temptation.

It’s not easy but it’s discipline.

We live in a world where everyone is living a façade. Pretending to have it all figured out.
Pretending they’re okay by filling their time being comfortably numb. And we do it all to impress people online.

Once you take a hard look in the mirror and actually take control of your life, you will live the hard narrow path that makes you better, and different than everyone else because you can face the hard truth.

Nobody’s perfect. Everyone is going through something.. So stop pretending and start doing what’s right for you in all aspects.

This is the best I’ve felt in YEARS.

Truly feeling like my true self, and I give all thanks to my faith, and the strength the lord gives me everyday.

Temptation is only holding you back from your higher self. Take control and control of your life.

No change or increase in my exercise intensity and managed to lose 10lbs without trying and that’s all by giving up all that is bad. No special gimmicks or supplements. Just discipline. 4 days strength, 2 upper, 2 lower, 2 days 20 minutes stair master. Plenty of recovery.

Once you choose yourself, YOU too can do it 🙏🏼💪🏼
