Hi, I'm Dr. Marissa Fusella, founder of Fusella Family Medicine.

I'm a family physician, wife, and mom of three busy boys. I grew up in the Capital Region, graduated from Siena College, and completed my Family Medicine residency at Ellis Hospital.

After years of practicing in a traditional healthcare setting, I opened Fusella Family Medicine because I wanted to provide a different kind of primary care—one built on relationships, accessibility, and truly personalized care.

At Fusella Family Medicine, my goal is simple: to make sure patients feel heard, valued, and never rushed.

Whether you need help managing chronic conditions, staying on top of preventive care, or simply want a physician who has time to listen, I'm here to help.

I currently care for adults and children ages 6 and older and am accepting new patients.
