I took my daughter outside to see the full moon and she said, “Let’s put the crystals out!”

That sounded like a lot of work, so I said no. My little mystic quickly reminded me that we could make moon water instead. ✨

My intention was to release what no longer serves me. Her intention was that spring break would come earlier.

Kids really know how to focus their energy. 😄

When I think about “releasing what no longer serves me,” I like to pause and look at it a little differently. If something is still present in my life, it’s probably serving a purpose. So instead of pushing it away, I get curious:

How is this serving me right now?

When we understand the role something is playing, it often releases naturally.

So tonight, under the full moon, I’m asking myself:What am I ready to understand so it can finally fall away?
