This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to this country. 🇺🇸❤️
As we gather with loved ones, let us also remember that healing matters too. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and many families carry silent battles long after the uniforms are folded away.
Today, we remember the fallen, support the living, and encourage one another to check in, speak up, and give grace. You are not alone. 🤍

Karina led a powerful Alchemy experience centered around self-worth. 🤩 We were reminded that self- worth is not something we have to earn through productivity, relationships, or validation from others. It’s something we already carry within us. Alchemy is about transformation turning pain into power, doubt into confidence and lessons into growth. Thank you, Karina, for creating a safe and empowering space for healing, growth and self discovery.
