There is someone going around under the name “Inked By Beth” claiming to work at different tattoo shops and asking people to send deposits through Chime.

THIS IS A SCAM.

She does NOT work for our shop, and we have recently been made aware that she has been telling people she does in order to get money sent to her.

Please know:
• Our shop never asks for deposits through Chime or cash apps from random accounts.
• All payments are handled in person the day of your appointment.
• If someone messages you claiming to work for our shop and asks for money ahead of time, it is not us.

If you see the page “Inked By Beth,” please report it and do not send them any money.

Please share this post so others in the community don’t get taken advantage of. Scammers like this hurt both clients and artists.

IMPORTANT SCAM ALERT ⚠️

Hi friends, I need to make everyone aware that someone is currently scamming people while pretending to be my tattoo shop.

🚨 Please know this:
I DO NOT ask for payment ahead of time.
I DO NOT request deposits through messages, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Chime or any other payment apps.

All payments are made in person, the day of your appointment, when you arrive at the shop.

If anyone messages you asking for money in advance while claiming to be me or my shop, it is not me.
