When I started taking true responsibility for my experience, everything started to change. Slowly I came out of blame and slid into a deeper gratitude for things that I thought I had been accepting, but still secretly begrudging. The concept of true self responsibility moved me from victim mode to clarity and use, and I found my self-practice and my professional practice upgrading the more serious I took it, and the more I let go. Things I held onto before didn’t happen to me, they happened for me.

Exchange: $20, $25, and $35 tickets are available on a pay-what-you-want sliding scale
*Please arrive promptly at 2:30. Doors will be locked at 2:30 PM to begin treatment.
What to Bring: Yoga mat and eye cover if you choose. Some mats, blankets, and pillows will be available.
Space is limited. Advance registration recommended.
