🌿 A SIMPLE MOON RITUAL

Step outside beneath the moon.

Place a hand on your heart + belly and ask:

✨ What am I ready to stop carrying?
✨ What truth is becoming harder to ignore?
✨ What would I like to make space for next?

Write whatever arrives.

Then choose one thing you are ready to release. Tear it up, safely burn it, or simply whisper:

“I honor what has been.
I release what has completed.
I trust what is unfolding.”

🦁✨ 8•8 | THE LIONSGATE PORTAL ✨🦁

There is something rather magical about today.
Not because we have to *do* anything with it… but because perhaps it gives us a beautiful reason to **pause, listen & remember what we are calling ourselves toward.** 🌞

In modern spiritual tradition, **8/8 marks the peak of the Lionsgate Portal** — a window associated with Leo season, the bright star Sirius, courage, abundance, heart-led expansion & new possibility.

And this year carries a little extra numerology magic…
8•8•2026 reduces all the way back to 8 ∞

Eight carries the energy of infinity, balance, abundance, personal power & the beautiful exchange between what we give and what we allow ourselves to receive.

Maybe today isn’t about asking for *more.*

Maybe it’s about becoming quiet enough to recognize what is already trying to find you. 🤍

Today marks 17 years since my father passed away.

Seventeen years since I experienced the kind of loss that changes the shape of your life—the kind that quietly divides time into
✨before and after✨

I loved my father deeply. I also watched him suffer. I walked beside him through his battle, helped care for him, advocated for him, and witnessed parts of the journey that I did not yet have the language or tools to fully understand.

Losing him became my first profound initiation into grief.

I had to learn how to continue living while carrying the absence of someone I loved so much. I had to learn that grief does not move in a straight line, that there is no correct timeline, and that love does not disappear simply because someone is no longer physically here.

Looking back, I can see how deeply that experience molded me.

It became part of my why.

Why I began searching for different answers.
Why I learned to advocate more fiercely.
Why I wanted to understand the body, the nervous system, illness, energy, grief, and the many ways we need to be supported when life asks us to carry something impossibly heavy.

So much of how I walk beside others today was shaped by the experience of walking beside him.

My practice was not created from textbooks alone. It was also born from love, loss, caregiving, unanswered questions, and the desire to help others feel less alone in the moments that change them.

Today, I honor my father.

I honor the man he was, the life he lived, the battles he fought, and the role he continues to play in the woman and practitioner I have become.

Seventeen years later, I still miss him.

And I am deeply grateful that love continues to find ways to live on. 🤍

Grief does not only arrive when someone dies.
It can meet us whenever something meaningful changes, ends, becomes unavailable, or can no longer exist in the way we once knew it.

We may grieve the loss of a loved one or companion animal, a parent who could never become who we needed them to be, the ending of a relationship, a career, a dream, a home, a belief system, or a former version of ourselves.

There can be grief within infertility, illness, aging, retirement, changing family roles, and the evolving seasons of motherhood.

There can even be grief within choices we know were necessary.

The Seasons We Carry is a personalized six-session Sacred Restoration™ journey created to gently honor these visible and invisible forms of loss.

Across six 90-minute sessions, we will move through:
✨ Permission to acknowledge what has changed
✨ Listening to how grief is carried within the body
✨ Honoring what was—and what was not
✨ Tending the love, truth, or meaning that remains
✨ Reweaving identity within a changed landscape
✨ Returning to life without leaving what mattered behind

Each experience is individually curated and may include restorative imagery, nervous-system support, Reiki, sound, reflection, consensual touch, and personalized aftercare.
You will not be asked to rush, forgive, find the lesson, or let go before you are ready.
You do not have to prove that your grief is significant enough.

and the parts of you that are ready to be reclaimed, expressed, and more fully lived

The Embodied Return is not simply about going deeper into what has been painful.
