No clear reduction in deaths: that was the main finding in the TESTS thymosin alpha-1 trial. Researchers enrolled 1,106 adults with sepsis and analyzed 1,089. Deaths within 28 days were 23.4% with thymosin alpha-1 and 24.1% with placebo. These 2025 results do not establish cold prevention, safety for self-use or benefits from Kaven products.

MOTS-c rose after exercise. Nobody took MOTS-c in this human experiment. Researchers measured the body’s own peptide in 10 healthy young men and found higher levels in muscle after cycling. The finding does not establish that taking MOTS-c improves human performance or that Kaven products produce this result.

An FDA approval comes with a specific medicine, condition and evidence base. Forzinity (elamipretide, also called SS-31) received accelerated approval to help muscle strength in people with Barth syndrome weighing at least 30 kg. The initial randomized trial missed its main walking and fatigue outcomes; later uncontrolled follow-up showed knee-strength gains. Confirmatory research is required. Risks include serious allergic and injection-site reactions. This does not establish general anti-aging benefits or equivalence of Kaven products.

What’s actually in your bottle? Purity is only part of the picture. A percentage alone does not tell you the amount in a vial or answer every safety question. Look for the sample identity, the tests performed and their results. A COA supports the questions its actual testing addresses; its title cannot fill in missing evidence.

Collagen production increased in a lab study. What does that tell us? GHK-Cu increased collagen production in fibroblast cultures in a 1988 study. The researchers reported that the increase was not simply due to having more cells. That is a specific laboratory finding. This cell study does not establish human benefits or the safety of a research product.

20.8% vs 4.0%: estimated average weight loss at 80 weeks in TRIUMPH-2’s highest-dose retatrutide group versus placebo. Participants had type 2 diabetes and obesity or overweight. These sponsor-reported efficacy estimates assume continued treatment without prohibited weight-management treatments. Stomach and intestinal side effects were common. Retatrutide is not FDA-approved; this is not evidence about Kaven products.
