✨ I make a to-do list every morning because otherwise everything feels urgent at once.
✨ I don’t believe one bad day automatically equals a diagnosis. Context matters.
✨ I experienced depression as a teenager into young adulthood, so sometimes my understanding comes from lived experience just as much as education.
✨ I prescribe medication, but I also talk a lot about goals, confidence, routines, purpose, and building a life you actually want to wake up to.
✨ I say “fake it till you make it” often, and here’s why: neuroplasticity is real. Repetition matters. The way we think, respond, and behave can become more natural with practice.
✨ Raspberries are my favorite fruit, which works out nicely because berries are also great for brain health.
✨ A pastry without a glass of milk is incomplete. I said what I said.
✨ My approach to mental health is simple: look at the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
