For most of us there were times when our parents weren’t able to meet what we needed and deserved to be met and were there for us in less than optimal ways.
We came into this stage of life in the energetic and behavioral patterns of our parents, grandparents and so on...
We develop our body and consciousness in the energetic field of our family which influences us emotionally, physiologically and behaviorally. This energetic field influences how we hold our attention in our body and the pacing in our nervous system which all gets laid down at conception, in the womb and when we are born.
Both our health and our interruptions have been encoded on us. They influence how we hold our consciousness, how we hold our attention, what we do with our attention, how we orient to the outside world and begin the outside process of attachment and relationship.
What happens to us prenatally lays down our template for life. We call it IMPRINTING. It is the way we express what we do with our attention, how we hold it in our body from a clear and neutral space while being in the present moment.
Exploring your birth story can be quite triggering so we want you to explore your resources and keep coming back to a resourced place.

Day 1 Overview - We'll gather together to share intentions, we'll be going over what to expect in the processes we will be doing together and how to get the most out of them, how we will be re-patterning the birth imprints and how to apply them in your life today.
Day 2 Early Childhood imprint (mother, father, authority) - Re-pattern a time when in early childhood you had difficulty with an authority figure; could be your mother or father or someone else.
Day 3 Birth Imprint - Re-pattern a moment at your birth that may have not gone so well. This could be a surgical birth, a birth where your mother had any kind of interventions, or you experienced any kind of interventions after birth or felt less than welcomed. Even if your birth was natural and/or relatively easy, there may be instances that impacted you greatly.
Day 4 Womb Imprint - Re-pattern a moment while in your mother's womb where you may have taken on the upsets of your mother and her surroundings.
Day 5 Pre-conception Imprint - Re-pattern any aversions or misgivings about coming into this lifetime and explore some of the decisions you may have made coming at this time to your parents.
Day 6 Your Soul’s Blueprint - Explore your pre birth planning and writing of your soul's blueprint and what you came here to learn, explore & experience.
