We know local options are limited and online jewelry shopping isn’t always easy. One thing to note: not all piercings actually require the extra cost that comes with some shopping filters. Every piercing is unique, and there is no cookie-cutter answer.

You can accidentally purchase a piece that isn’t safe for your piercing, or you might realize you aren't quite healed enough for a specific material just yet. The heartbreaking part is to realize too late you don't have the tools available to make a safe transfer at home and your piercing closes.
