We are looking to hire a few highly motivated individuals with a healthcare background for a Medical Equipment company. These are full time positions (Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm). Our office is closing today at 12:00 pm CST Wednesday February 2, 2022 out of abundance of caution for our patients and employees. We plan on returning Friday February 4, 2022 at 9:00 am CST but only if it is safe for employees to travel. If not, we will reopen Monday February 7, 2022 at 9:00 am CST.

Applicant will be required to perform all duties that are associated in maintaining the integrity of a Medical Equipment Company that includes but are not limited only to:

Scan Clerk - you will be responsible in scanning and processing batches for our document imaging archiving program which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Mini-storage Clerk - you will process customer payments and process move-ins and move-outs. You must not miss work at the beginning or end of each month since 90% of payments are collected during that time frame.

General duties - Applicant must have a background in customer service, computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel abilities are required), an ability to multitask, superior organizational skills, and working knowledge of medical diagnosis terminology and/or background in the Medical Equipment profession. Accountability of medical patient intake, filing records, insurance verification, processing new patient and recurring patient orders, retrieving medical documentation from Physicians' offices or other healthcare providers (All CSRs are required to be able to complete these tasks). A high degree of integrity is a must. Other duties may be assigned to this position as manager sees fit. Applicant must be motivated and efficient.

M-F. 9 to 5 (non-negotiable). You will not be considered a viable applicant if you need time off to handle ANY personal errands during office hours outside of your lunch time. Medical insurance is available.
