Breathwork for the q***r community!
We know there is a lot of breathwork in slc and I have been itching to hold a q***r breathwork group for a long while. We will be kicking off May 28th!

Why is this happening and why go?

I personally want to hold classes like this with the intention of being with community that understands your needs and life experiences (it’s not a dig but a truth, that a lot of lead classes are straight yt women and I myself have felt like I don’t always feel understood in these settings).

I want to gather in a private location to create safety and warmth. I practice at businesses that are still lovely but I hope you feel the priority is a community centered event over a business transaction.

Why donate if this is community centered? A couple of reasons, you are supporting a fellow q***r in their talents and goals. There is also a balance of commitment to each other, when you share your commitment through a donation I can utilize supplies and resources that go right back to you in these sessions. Sending and receiving is the cycle of abundance.

What you could get out of participating? Breathwork is already a growing tool in overall health. We know its benefits are far reaching; when you get to use it with others who are safe and comfortable, your growth will expand. I also personally want to hold more events that are not at night life clubs; we can find other ways of connecting deeper.

Round 2 of potted gardening! Last year was such a gift and I’ve been looking forward to this season! I always grew up with a garden but it’s different when you start doing it for yourself. I didn’t succeed in some ways but it hasn’t discouraged me to do new things this time.

As an earth sign, being in nature is really important for my overall wellness. I talk to my garden, I send reiki to them, I feel close to them and observe the lessons they share with me. I also get to cook with them and make teas that fill my body and soul. It helps me feel deep oneness and connection.
