Chantel Hall IFBB PRO

Chantel Hall IFBB PRO IFBB bikini Pro and Coach for Fitbliss Fitness. Personalized online training and macro dieting. I make transformations happen.

I’m so excited to help you with this fitness journey! It is my passion to help women transform their body and gain the confidence they desire. I know my personalized training will get you the results you want! I also want you to realize that it’s going to take effort on both sides to do so. Seeing results and getting the body you desire takes time, good effort, consistency and healthy eating. Yes

healthy eating definitely is a big factor in the way our bodies transform and change, it’s not all about working out. I can help you find balance between eating healthy, working out while still having treats every once in awhile. It really is about finding balance and making it a lifestyle of healthy eating and training hard in the gym.

I wanted to spotlight my client Hillary and her overall win!

She has been nothing short of amazing since starting her prep in January. Getting to stage is a JOURNEY! She had hard moments no doubt but overall it was a very rewarding experience for her.

She competed in 2 back to back shows and decided last minute to compete in the 2nd one. We were able to reverse calories up and fine tune posing (Coach Annie | Elite Posing, Prep & Lifestyle Coach is the best) for her second show which lead to an incredible showing and OVERALL WIN!

Reversing into a second show can be magical if conditioning has been met and there is an uptick in metabolism. So happy with how things ended up 🤩

I’ve seen a lot of people use soreness as proof that a workout “worked,” but that’s actually not how muscle growth is measured.

Muscle soreness is simply your body’s response to a stimulus it’s not fully adapted to. That’s why you’re often sore after trying a new exercise, coming back from time off, or significantly increasing training volume. It’s a sign of novelty- not necessarily muscle growth.

I just came back from vacation, and I’m definitely more sore than usual. That makes perfect sense because I took some time away from training, so my body has temporarily lost some of its adaptations and a bit of strength.

The goal isn’t to stay sore after every workout.

The goal is to rebuild, progressively get stronger over time, and eventually perform those same workouts with less soreness because your body has adapted.

If you’re consistently adding weight, reps, or improving your performance over time, you’re giving your muscles the stimulus they need to grow- even if you aren’t sore the next day.

Stop chasing soreness. Start chasing progress 👊🏼

Some of these hit especially hard for me. Good things to remember and keep in your back pocket 😌
