exibility and Strength. Yin Yoga Yoga Therapy and Restorative Yoga are also are also found in their lessons. Yoga teaches us how to use our breathing to slow down the central nervous system. With two or three hours a week one can improve their range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength with a since of peace. With consistent practice we will leave with a wonderfully clear mind, very relaxed body and a smile on your face after every class.
