Designed to make your shimmers, metallics, multichromes, and sparkle shades grip better, and stay exactly where you place them ✨

This formula applies beautifully onto the lids while intensifying every sparkle with minimal effort. A TINY amount goes a VERY long way 👀
Don’t forget to let it dry for about 1 minute.

Too much at once is not needed. Start with a thin layer and build up if desired for maximum glow and impact 💫
