Some roads are built to get you somewhere. Others are built to make you feel something along the way. 🌲 Walking this property today, you can feel what makes this place special. The trees close in around you. The noise of the world disappears. Sunlight slips through the branches. For a few minutes, it feels like you are completely tucked away from everything. And that is exactly what we want to protect. This old road has seen better days, but rebuilding it does not mean changing the soul of this property. It means listening to the land first. Working with the trees. Respecting the natural path. Improving drainage and stability without unnecessarily disturbing what has taken decades to grow around it. Because the goal is not to leave behind evidence of how much dirt we can move. The goal is for the new owners to pull into their property, roll the windows down, slow down a little, and feel like they are coming home. ❤️ Soon, this tired old road will become a smooth, beautiful entrance winding through the trees, ready for the next chapter of this land.
