Sharing a simple modification of a common shoulder stretch (substitution of a towel with a low grade resistance band) given to reduce limitation of reaching behind the back. The primary rationale for the substitution is to reduce potential strain (too vigorous pull in a vulnerable position) and to reintroduce activation of a couple rotator cuff muscles in a range that is otherwise neglected.
