This Sunday, 8/16 from 12:00-5:00 is All Ages Day at The Springs. Kids must be with a parent, no reservation required, adults $35, kids $15. We’ll turn the sauna down to a reasonable temp for kiddos. You know, there are a lot of outfits doing the Coffee & Cold Plunge thing these days. But is anyone doing a coffee cold plunge?! The Springs is always striving to be trendsetters in the contrast therapy community. 😘 (don’t worry we didn’t actually fill our cold plunge pool with cold brew…but rumor has is it that Marlyn Monroe used to bathe in milk for beautiful skin…who’s to say coffee and half&half isn’t the next beauty trend?)
