🍂 THE GREATER WELLNESS HOLISTIC EXPO IS THIS SUNDAY! 💜

This isn’t just a shopping event, it’s a full day to explore, learn, connect, and experience something new. Come meet local businesses and practitioners, sit in on speaker sessions, try interactive workshops, enter raffles, discover new wellness options, and spend the day supporting our community.

Our workshops, additional vendors, and raffles are located in the Southeast Hall, so make sure you explore the entire show, we have tons of signage to make sure everything flows.

You don’t have to already be “holistic” or know anything about these modalities. Come curious, ask questions, learn something new, and decide what resonates with you.

The people behind the scenes deserve their moment, too. 💜

An event like the Greater Wellness Holistic Expo doesn’t happen because of one person. It happens because people are willing to show up, lend a hand, answer questions, cover a booth, sell tickets, run raffles, carry boxes, solve problems, and probably do 100 little things nobody else will ever see.

These are some of the amazing humans volunteering their time to help make Sunday happen.

I’m incredibly grateful for every single one of you. Community has always been at the heart of Greater Wellness, and THIS is what community looks like. People showing up for people. 🥹💜

If you see one of our volunteers on Sunday, give them a little extra love… they’re helping keep this whole thing moving!

Meditation classes are coming to our September 13th expo in Lebanon 🧘 -- meet Cathy Lutz of Mindfulness, a secular, beginner-friendly approach to mindfulness meditation.

No experience needed, no sitting cross-legged required, just a willingness to pause.

Cathy also runs Mindful Skook, a free weekly community mindfulness group. Come breathe with her in person at our holistic wellness expo September 13th!
