🌺🌴 Aloha, Luau! 🌴🌺

Our staff enjoyed a little taste of paradise at our Luau, and what a fun time it was! 🌴☀️

Everyone absolutely LOVED the tropical decorations, colorful island vibes, and, of course, the amazing food! 🍍🍗🥥 There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and full bellies as our team came together to relax and enjoy some well-deserved fun. 💕😋

The decorations helped transport us to a tropical getaway, and the delicious food definitely had everyone coming back for seconds… and maybe thirds! 😂🍽️

A big mahalo to everyone who helped make our Luau such a fun and memorable day! We are so grateful for our wonderful team and love finding ways to celebrate them. 🌺💖

🐴💕 A Little Hoofed Happiness! 💕🐴

A HUGE thank-you to Serenity Hospice for bringing a very special four-legged visitor to spend time with our residents and their families! 🐴🥰

There were smiles, cuddles, happy hearts, and plenty of “Awwww!” moments. It’s safe to say our residents absolutely LOVED having this sweet pony around—and we may have discovered that ponies are excellent at brightening a room without even saying a word! 🥹💕

Thank you, Serenity Hospice, for creating such a beautiful memory and bringing a little extra JOY, LOVE, and HORSEPOWER to our day! 🐴😂❤️

We’re pretty sure the pony left with a few new best friends… and possibly a fan club! 🥰

🌈👕 Tie-Dye Fun for Our Amazing Staff! 👕🌈

Who says creativity is just for the weekend? Our staff had a blast letting their creative sides shine at our T-Shirt Tie-Dye Station! 🎨✨

From choosing their favorite colors to creating unique designs, everyone had the chance to make a one-of-a-kind shirt—and show off their colorful personalities! 💕💙💜💛💚

We love finding fun ways to bring our team together, create lasting memories, and add a little COLOR, creativity, and joy to the workday! 🌈😊

🍺🥤 Root Beer Float Day at Lebanon Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation! 🥤🍦

Things got a little bubbly around here! Our residents and staff celebrated Root Beer Float Day with plenty of creamy scoops, fizzy root beer, and BIG smiles! 😋💙

The floats were so good, we may have to start calling them our official mood boosters! 😂🍦 And let’s be honest… when life gives you bubbles, you add ice cream and make a Root Beer Float!

There was laughter, sweet treats, and plenty of fun shared between our residents and staff. We’re not saying everyone had a second float… but we’re also not saying they didn’t! 👀🤣

🔎🏃‍♀️ Scavenger Hunt Fun at Lebanon Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation! 🏃‍♂️🔎

Who knew a scavenger hunt could bring out this much teamwork, laughter, and competitive spirit?! 😂

Our amazing staff teamed up, put their detective skills to the test, and worked together to complete the scavenger hunt! From searching high and low to putting their heads together, everyone was determined to find those clues and cross that finish line. 🕵️‍♀️🧩

There may have been a little friendly competition along the way… okay, maybe a LOT of friendly competition! 😜 But at the end of the hunt, everyone was a winner because we had a whole lot of fun working together!

They say teamwork makes the dream work—and apparently, it also makes finding random scavenger hunt items a whole lot easier! 😂🙌

A big shoutout to our incredible staff for bringing the energy, teamwork, and smiles! 💙

Pajama Day at Lebanon Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation was a cozy success! 🧸💤✨

Our staff and residents traded their everyday clothes for their comfiest pajamas, and let’s just say… everyone was looking extra cozy! 🥰 From fun patterns to fluffy slippers, we brought a little bit of bedtime comfort into the day!

There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and cozy moments shared between staff and residents. Who says you need to be tucked into bed to have a great pajama day? 😴💙

We’re pretty sure the dress code today was officially “Comfort is King!” 👑🛌

🎀✨ It’s a Disney Day at Lebanon Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation! ✨🎀

Our staff traded in their everyday work clothes for a little Disney magic, dressing up as some of their favorite Disney characters! 🏰👑🧚‍♀️

From princesses to heroes, our team brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and maybe a little bit of “To infinity and beyond!” to the halls! 🚀😂 Our residents had just as much fun guessing who everyone was—and let’s be honest, some of our staff may have gotten a little too into character! 😉

Who needs a magic kingdom when you have laughter, friendship, and amazing residents and staff right here at Lebanon Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation? ❤️

Today’s prescription: one dose of Disney magic, two scoops of laughter, and unlimited smiles! 🥰✨

Because at Lebanon, we believe making memories is always better when we do it together! 🌟

🎶🩷 What a rockin' good time we had at our Senior Prom Sock Hop! 🩷🎶

We took a trip back to the fabulous '50s, and it was a night full of dancing, laughter, music, and unforgettable memories! From toe-tapping tunes to smiling faces, our residents and staff truly made this event one to remember.

The dance floor was filled with fun as everyone enjoyed each other's company, shared plenty of laughs, and celebrated together. Seeing our residents smiling, dancing, and reminiscing while our staff joined in on the fun made the evening extra special. Family and friends helped make the night even brighter!

A huge thank you to DJ Mike for keeping the music going and to everyone who helped make our Senior Prom Sock Hop such a success. We had a "hoppin'" good time—so much fun that Elvis might've asked for an encore! 🎤🎵 And don't worry... no bobby socks were harmed in the making of this party! 😉🕺💃

🌟 Resident of the Month – August 2026 🌟
Arlene Fisher

Congratulations to Arlene Fisher, our August 2026 Resident of the Month at Lebanon Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation!

Arlene has been a resident at Lebanon Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation and is a wonderful example of kindness, faith, and friendship. Originally born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Arlene moved several times throughout her life before settling in Myerstown, Pennsylvania, where she has lived for the past 16 years.

Arlene is the proud mother of two sons, Larry and Ronald, and has one granddaughter. Larry lives nearby in Myerstown, while Ronald lives in Minnesota, where he works as a truck driver.
Growing up, Arlene enjoyed singing in her church choir and spending time at home doing arts and crafts. She began her career working in a factory before becoming a cashier at local grocery stores. One of her favorite parts of the job was meeting new people and building relationships with her customers.

Arlene enjoys listening to religious music, and her favorite singer is Johnny Cash. She also remembers enjoying watching CNN when she was younger. As a Mennonite, her faith has always been an important part of her life. She enjoys reading The Bible, and her favorite book is Philippians. Her life verse is Philippians 4:13:

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

As a child, Arlene loved animals and had three dogs named Lucky, Brownie, and Coco, along with two cats.

Today, Arlene enjoys coloring, socializing with fellow residents and staff, and spending time with her good friend, William. Her warm personality and positive spirit make her a joy to be around.

When asked about the staff, Arlene smiled and said, "I love all the staff. They take good care of me." She especially wanted to recognize her nursing assistant, Brittany, unit nurse Paul, and the facility administrator, Jennifer, for their compassion, kindness, and outstanding care.

Congratulations, Arlene! Thank you for your strong faith, caring heart, and the joy you bring to everyone around you. We are honored to recognize you as our August 2026 Resident of the Month at Lebanon Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation! 🎉

🎄☀️ Christmas came early at Lebanon Skilled Nursing and Rehab, and it was a Grinch-tastic time! 💚🎅

Our staff brought the holiday spirit to the middle of summer by dressing up as the Grinch and surprising our residents. The hallways were filled with laughter, smiles, and plenty of Christmas cheer—even without the snow! 🎁✨

Who says you have to wait until December to spread a little joy? Around here, every season is the perfect season for making memories and sharing laughter.

💚 "Maybe Christmas," the Grinch thought, "doesn't come from a store." And today, it came from kind hearts, big smiles, and a whole lot of fun!
