I want to share that an amazing part of this retreat was getting to experience one of my best Jenn, so fully in her element. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Watching her lead our yoga and meditation practices with such presence, intention, grace, and heart was honestly magic. To witness someone you love step so deeply into their gift — and to watch that gift impact an entire group so beautifully, is something I’ll never forget.

She helped create space for all of us to soften, breathe deeper, reconnect, laugh alongside the creature’s, and come home to ourselves in such a powerful way.

So grateful you shared your light, your wisdom, and your practice with all of us in Costa Rica. 🤟🏻

I know what it feels like…
to not feel enough. 🌀

Not enough to take up space.
Not enough to use your voice.
Not enough to walk into a room and own it.

I lived there for a bit. And one day I decided I was done.

Done shrinking.
Done performing.
Done waiting for someone to give me permission to be exactly who I already was.

That decision changed everything.

And now? Every single day I get to look a woman and girl in her eye — exactly where she is — and remind her of what she forgot.

You are worthy.
You are seen.
You have a voice.

And that confidence you’ve been searching for? She’s already inside you. We just have to bring her back.

When you finally get to meet your classmate, study buddy, and special friend in person… nothing compares. And her lovely family was an added bonus too! ✨

It was an amazing day, filled with seamless cruising in & out of the city, miracle street parking, the most spectacular brunch experience, a walk in Central Park, endless conversation, and so much joy… all while in the rain.

Some connections just feel easy, like we were meant to cross paths. Our cups are full in the best way. 🤍

Thank you for the spoiling, the laughter, and for welcoming me into your world today.

I’ve been shedding.🐍

Shedding what no longer fuels me.
Shedding who I was performing as.
Shedding the version of this business that was built for everyone else.

It’s been a season! And honestly? I’m not mad about it.

There were times of failure, times of tears, and times of questioning. But… my journey continues leading me back to this space. Even through the pivots, I’ve grown. My work is not nearly done here.

Something is shifting —
and I can’t wait to show you what’s on the other side.

Last night was such a beautiful reminder of why this Empowered Women group was created in the first place.

Real conversations.
Laughter.
Honesty.
Support.
Connection.

No pretending. No pressure. Just women choosing themselves and each other for a few hours — and that kind of energy is powerful.

Thank you to every woman who showed up last night with openness, vulnerability, kindness, and presence. The conversations we shared reminded me how deeply we all crave community, supporting other small women owned businesses, and spaces where we can simply exhale and be human together.

They hype you, hold space for you, make you laugh until your stomach hurts, and somehow leave you feeling lighter than before.
