When it comes to explaining the technical aspects of electron beam processing, there are few team members more qualified than Dan Yasenchak, our Technical Services Coordinator. A big part of Dan’s job is getting to know our customers, understanding what they need, and finding ways to make things work even better. That means staying in touch, talking through changes, visiting facilities, and even getting into logistics, like how your product pallets need to be shipped. Meet Daniel.

So… what exactly does a Director of Projects & Technology do?

For Mohammed Nasir, it starts with a pretty simple goal: keep things running and keep making them better. His days start with a walkthrough of the plant and a check-in with the team. From there, it’s all about spotting patterns, improving processes, monitoring equipment, and fixing potential problems before they become big problems.

Because when your equipment is accelerating electrons at nearly 99% the speed of light, reliability matters. But according to Mohammed, the best part of the job isn’t the technology. It’s the people who know it inside and out, keep the machines moving, keep downtime low, and keep making things better.

That’s a pretty good day at E-BEAM.
