If you've reached out to E-BEAM, there's a good chance Melissa helped get the ball rolling. As our Sales Support Specialist, she keeps new opportunities moving, coordinates trade shows, supports customer onboarding, handles reports and paperwork, and connects the dots between sales, operations, and customers. In short? She's the behind-the-scenes glue that keeps things running smoothly.

This year also marks Melissa's five-year anniversary with E-BEAM, and we're so grateful for her dedication, great work, and for the positive attitude she brings to the team every day. 🎉

Before E-BEAM, she wore just about every hat imaginable, from nanny and barista to legal assistant and office admin, making her the ultimate multitasker.

Fun fact: When she's not at work, you'll find her baking legendary piña colada cake, singing, playing piano, cooking, reading with a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine), or dreaming of her next beach getaway.

A: Of course! We love meeting our customers in person. Just reach out and we’ll help set up a visit to either our New Jersey or our Lebanon, Ohio facility.

Q: Can I rent time on the accelerator?
A: Yes! We offer hourly processing rates for specialty needs. Talk to your Tech Services rep for a quote.

Q: Can you ship outside the country?
A: Absolutely. We ship worldwide. No borders on electron beam processing.

Q: Do you get audited by the FDA?
A: Yes. We are FDA registered and compliant, and both facilities are routinely audited for quality and regulatory standards.
