While face mapping isn't a medical diagnosis, many holistic practitioners use it as a tool to identify potential areas that may need extra attention.

Eating foods that don't agree with .you, disconnect from nature which can disturb hormone levels
💚 Remember: Acne is complex. Hormones, stress, diet, sleep, skincare products, genetics, and overall health can all play a role.
Instead of just treating the breakout, it can be helpful to ask:
