As the years goes by many time I felt like I was tackled and s**t was sucking and not going how I wanted and I took pride in the small wins I look back to the dream and opportunity I had. It’s amazing to be where we are but I’m never comfortable because there is always some where I wanna go. I think that’s what helps me continue to be successful. I’m thank full I been able to make it this far with just work ethic and just a group of friends who supported me. I have lost a lot and gained some but I have become comfortable with that process. The highs are highs and the lows are lows but 1 step one little bit of progress has given me a chance at success.. I appreciate you guys stay blessed y’all. Another product I just wanna point out GW-501516 I use it pretty much year round as a health supp for my heart. To help keep my cholesterol down and resting heart rate/blood pressure at a good spot! I get asked all the time what are you using. Right now I’m using LGD and OSTARINE along my current cycle. It’s always been one of my favorite combos! This has been my current life lately. Work.. running the company.. spending hours in the store.. and spending hours at the new house.. trying to get it finished up so I can relax a little.. if there’s one thing I learned coming up working my first hard actual labor job Landscaping was just do what needs to be done because somebody has to do it in the end... It’s one of the mentalities that’s got me to where I am today just looking at things and say I’ll do it knowing damn well you don’t want to, but it has to be done.. as you can see the jeans didn’t last long with these thighs LOL..

One of the basic tricep movements I’ve used through my years of lifting coming up.. Single arm skull crushers.. I find myself using this quite often when I’m just looking for a better pump or a good finisher to crush them triceps.. I hope you guys are ready for one bad ass like leg day video this week!!

Kick Ass!

Every single day take the day on head first and continue pushing. It’s the small daily wins that add up to a big piece of the puzzle!

It’s the small wins that let you come out on top. It goes back to the little kitty book that we all read. The tortoise and the hare. With a persistent mindset and dedication lead to the victory.. The day today is a race but overall it’s a marathon.

I’m very excited for all the great things that are coming! Whether that be new products business ventures connections or anything in between!
