I'm aiming to attend a week long lymphatic drainage course in October, that will allow me to specialize in this and take POST-OP lymphatic referrals. This can be a huge help in the recovery process-- often dramatically shortening the recovery time needed.

I'm a licensed massage therapist located in Lecanto FL, my specialty is pain and stress relief for women, utilizing various techniques like myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and a layer by layer approach.

My superpower is relatability. I've had neck and back disc herniations, headaches, anxiety/depression, struggled with weight most of my life .... etc ETC. 🫠

CASA Citrus is an organization that supports a cause very close to my heart. They offer life saving and supportive help to hundreds of survivors of abuse and trauma every year. They are holding a fundraiser week in Sept to bring more help directly to these beautiful human beings. 💙

It's reported that 1 in 3 women, and 1 in 4 men have reported abuse, and many do not get reported.

Over my career I've had the opportunity to help treat patients who have suffered in this way, and it's extremely eye opening to hear first hand their accounts of survival. To see the fire inside of them that their abuser couldn't s***f out completely.

My own fire couldn't be s***fed out either, so I'm here to stand with and offer support in whatever way I can. 🙏

Are you struggling with PMS symptoms, or a continuation throughout your period? (I know... Who isn't 🫩)

Cramping, headaches, hip/lower back pain... Mood swings, whole body feeling stiff or sensitive.

This is usually distinctly different from whatever you feel the rest of the month, since it's caused by the hormonal changes.

There is a medical massage therapy protocol that addresses the associated soft tissue involvement that contributes to symptoms being worse.
