🖤 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 🖤

We want to take a moment today to remind you of something important:

You are stronger than you realize. ❤️

Life can be heavy sometimes, and asking for help doesn’t make you weak. It makes you human. If you’re struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or a mental health professional. If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis or having thoughts of su***de, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. You are never alone, and help is always available. 🖤

We all have our own forms of therapy… so which one is yours? 👀

TATTOOS, PIERCINGS, OR BOTH?! 🖤

To help spread awareness and remind our community that taking care of your mental health matters, we're doing a GIVEAWAY for a $200 GIFT CARD to any artist at our studio! 🎉

🖤 HOW TO ENTER:

1. Follow us & like this post
2. Tag 3 friends who could also use a good therapy session 😉
3. Share this post to your story & TAG US!

Let's use this giveaway to spread a little positivity, check in on the people we love, and remind each other that it's okay to not be okay. 🫶 You have all day Saturday to enter!

Good luck, everyone! 🖤 And remember — take care of your mind just as much as you take care of everything else.
