No two bodies are the same, which means no two sessions should be exactly the same.
When Dawn came in with a chronic issue in the shoulder she uses for hours of editing, we focused on what her body needed. That meant working not only with the shoulder itself, but also looking at the surrounding areas, including the shoulder blade, and using different modalities throughout the session such as bodywork, electrical stimulation, red light therapy, and fascia-focused work.
Sometimes one area needs more attention than another. Sometimes we spend more time working on one specific layer or area of the body. Your treatment is based on what I’m seeing and what your body needs during that session.
That’s why I always require starting with a consultation. It gives us the opportunity to talk about what’s going on, assess your individual needs, and determine the best approach for you.
Your treatment shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. Your body is unique, and your care should be too.
