This , we’re celebrating the joy, potential and promise in every child. We’re proud of how G.E.H.A’s Learn to Swim program is helping kids grow and thrive.

Through swim lessons, children build water-safety skills, confidence, and resilience in a safe and supportive environment. Most importantly, learning essential water-safety and swimming skills can help prevent drowning.

Every lap learned and every new skill mastered is one more step toward helping the next generation feel secure in and around the water. To date, we’ve brought the signature G.E.H.A Learn to Swim program to 20 cities nationwide, with lessons for almost 10,000 students.

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. At G.E.H.A, we are proud to support organizations like Carry The Load, Folds of Honor, and Wreaths Across America that help preserve the meaning of remembrance and honor the families who carry these legacies forward.

As a presenting partner of Carry The Load’s Memorial May, we are honored to support a month-long rolling tribute across 70+ cities. The Memorial May tour brings communities together to remember our nation’s heroes through shared stories, reflection, and action.

Before email and instant messaging, some cities moved mail through underground pneumatic tubes, sending sealed canisters zipping between post offices. The first city to adopt this method was Philadelphia in 1893. Large cities continued to use pneumatic tubes until World War I.

This Smithsonian National Postal Museum artifact was used in New York City’s tube system and could carry up to 600 letters at about 35 miles per hour. The hardworking U.S. Postal Service has a history of innovation in keeping our nation connected.

💙 Asthma Awareness Month

Over 25 million people in the United States live with asthma — and while there’s no cure, asthma can be managed with the right tools and support.

Asthma causes the airways to narrow and become inflamed, making it harder to breathe. Triggers like smoke, pollution, dust and even weather changes can set off symptoms.

👉 Know the signs: wheezing, coughing, chest tightness and shortness of breath.
👉 Know your triggers: pollution, allergens, smoke and respiratory infections.
👉 Know your plan: taking medications as prescribed and avoiding triggers helps keep asthma under control.

✨ Asthma can be controlled — and awareness saves lives.
Let’s spread the word, support those living with asthma, and help everyone.
