We end every conference with a huge group workout - Exercisepalooza - led by the @fit4momhq PRO Team and @lisadruxman. It’s when energy is waning, after you’ve been working out, learning, connecting, dancing, shopping, learning more, hugging, and laughing for two+ days already. But you show up, because you’re surrounded by your people, your FIT4MOM village, who is just glad to have you by their side for the final hour of conference. This Flashback Friday is bittersweet for us! Our multi-talented instructor @jennyhodgins taught her last stroller class this week! Sarah joined us as soon as she moved to the area with an 8 week old, “jumped” right in (you’ll see what we did there 😉) to instructing and was soon certified in all 3 of our stroller-friendly programs. Body Well is more than just an 8 week program. It’s more than just two small group workouts per week. It’s more than recipes and meal planning.
Body Well is a promise to yourself. It’s a commitment to making yourself a priority, with a personal coach and community of moms keeping you accountable to your promise. It’s meeting you where you are in your current season of life and finding out where you want to go, who you want to be, how you want to feel, and helping you work towards those goals.
Whether you are looking for a way to get more exercise, or develop and build healthier habits around food, water intake, stress, and sleep, or you need an outlet to focus on your mental and emotional well-being, Body Well is for you.
