Fall lovers, this one’s for you! 🍂🕯️ The “Ber” months are here, and fall is officially beginning!

Our Pathways program spent the day making new fall-scented candles for our upcoming Repurpose Pop-Up Shop. While creating these cozy candles, participants practiced valuable skills in kitchen safety, measuring, packaging, and teamwork. The best part? Testing all the amazing new scents! 🍁✨

Today’s crisp fall smell’s were “Pumpkin Ginger Streusel” and “Amber Woods”. We can’t wait to share these seasonal creations with you. Stay tuned for more details about our Repurpose Pop-Up Shop! 🛍️

Big things are happening at PosAbilities!

When we started in 2019 as PosAbilities Academy, we had one goal: create meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities to learn, grow, and build real-life skills.

Since then, we have grown into so much more:

PosAbilities ABA Clinic

FriYAYs and social programs
Pathways Day Support
Therapeutic Consultation through the DD Waiver

And now… we are growing again!

We are looking for great people to join the PosAbilities team.

We are hiring for:

Behavior Technician / Program Instructor I- Great for someone interested in ABA, disability services, special education, psychology, human services, or direct support.

Behavior Technician / Program Instructor II /Program Lead Trainee - Great for experienced RBTs, Behavior Technicians, DSPs, or special education professionals who are ready for more responsibility.

Client Services & Operations Coordinator - A great growth-track role for an organized early-career professional or recent graduate who enjoys communication, organization, social media, recruiting, intake, and helping things run smoothly.

Therapeutic Consultants — Behavior, OT & Speech
Flexible consultation opportunities through PosAbilities Clinic’s DD Waiver Therapeutic Consultation program. Hourly pay for billable service hours.

For our program roles, we offer something pretty amazing:

No evenings.
No weekends.
No driving house to house.
Consistent daytime hours.
Meaningful work every day.

We are looking for people who are kind, reliable, teachable, organized, and excited to support individuals with developmental disabilities in building independence, confidence, communication, friendships, and real-life skills.

Join us tomorrow for our 3rd annual Summer Program Bake Sale and treat yourself to delicious homemade baked goods while supporting a great cause!

Local business owners and entrepreneurs — we would love to have you involved.

As part of our Summer at PosAbilities program, our participants are preparing for a Shark Tank-style business showcase. They are developing business ideas, practicing their presentations, and preparing to pitch their concepts to local business owners and community leaders.

We are currently looking for:

1 additional guest judge:
We are fortunate to already have two judges committed. We are looking for one more business owner or entrepreneur to join the panel, listen to participant presentations, ask supportive questions, and provide encouraging, practical feedback.

2 additional business sponsors:
We are grateful to already have one business sponsor committed. Sponsors will support participant winners by providing seed money and one mentorship conversation to help them take the next step with their idea.

You are welcome to serve as a judge, sponsor a participant winner, or do both.

This is a meaningful opportunity to help our participants build confidence, communication skills, creativity, problem-solving, and real-world entrepreneurship experience.

The showcase will take place on Friday, July 31.
