Healing isn’t about one session, one technique, or someone else “fixing” you. ✨

This beautiful client testimonial reminded me of why the work works.

It’s the combination of:

Some moons illuminate. Some moons shift you.

Tonight, don’t just look up — check in. What have you been carrying that your soul is tired of carrying? What version of you are you finally ready to outgrow?

🦋 Try this little Full Moon ritual:

Light a candle.
Place a bowl of water beside it.
Write down ONE thing you are done giving your energy to.
Tear the paper into pieces and say:

✨ “I release what has completed its purpose.
I call my energy back to me.
I trust what is leaving.
I welcome what is becoming.” ✨

Drop the pieces beside the bowl, close your eyes, and picture yourself six months from now — lighter, clearer, and already living differently.

Then whisper one word into the water that represents what you’re calling in: PEACE. LOVE. ABUNDANCE. COURAGE. FREEDOM.

That word is your intention. 🦋🌕✨
