Our first Silver Sneakers class held at Post 6740 this morning. It was a great class and we had fun doing it!! Can't wait for the next class!!

Comrades and Auxiliary of Lake Murray VFW 6740! TOMORROW (9/10/2026) we will be offering a Silver Sneakers exercise class at 10 am. This class is available to members only, and their guests.

The class is only $5 and will focus on strength training and balance. See the flyer for more details. This class will be led by Auxiliary member Deb Copabianco (certified trainer) who will make this class fun and physically rewarding! Join us!
