Seed cycling is a simple nutrition practice that uses specific seeds during different phases of the menstrual cycle to help support hormone balance naturally.

Follicular Phase (Days 1–14):
1 Tbsp flax + 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

Luteal Phase (Days 15–28):
1 Tbsp sesame + 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds

These seeds provide nutrients like zinc, selenium, omega-3s, lignans, and vitamin E that may support healthy estrogen metabolism, ovulation, progesterone production, and overall cycle health.

Ways to use them:
• Add to smoothies
• Sprinkle on yogurt or oatmeal
