✨NEW QIGONG CLASS SERIES FORMING✨
This 8-week journey introduces the principles of Five Seasons Qigong through movement, breathwork, meditation, and seasonal awareness practices. Many of the Qigong sets taught are rooted in the Pai Lum family style Kung Fu curriculum. Each class is designed to help cultivate balance, vitality, grounding, stress relief, and mental clarity while developing a consistent personal practice. Welcoming to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

We wanted to let you know that this Friday, May 29th will be Ilyse’s final day at Alchemy Lounge as she prepares for an exciting new chapter and relocation to North Carolina.
