One more thing before I go 🇺🇲✨ Started this fun and colorful project at 630 this morning for Papa Al's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in Palmerton 😅 Now I'm home to work on packing for vacation tomorrow. I am out of the shop until the 19th, all messages will be returned at that point as I have time. I'm booked as soon as I get my foot back in the door so please be patient.🙃

My husband went fishing early this morning so I took the opportunity to beat the heat and get this door painting in for Little Bombers in Palmerton. I managed to also fill my gas tank and grocery shop that I was still home by 930. I call that a win! 😅 I haven't had a lot of time for painting but I'll be available more through the summer after I'm back from vacation and the tattooing demand slows down a bit. If you're a commercial business you can book me to draw attention to your storefront, and best of all you can leave your display up all summer!

FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION:

1. I do NOT offer piercings
2. I'm a one woman show. I have a million tasks to do as a sole proprietor so I can take a few days to respond to messages at times, especially when I am booked heavily with tattoo appointments. I'm not always able to take on every request I get as I prioritize what suits my style. If you don't hear back from me I've either not finished answering my inbox, or I'm unable to accommodate your request at this time.
3. I do all of my correspondence/consultations through messenger. I use both Facebook and Instagram.
4. There has been an uptick in the amount of people coming into the shop randomly lately. I ask to please avoid coming into the shop unless you've booked an appointment. I want to make sure I'm prioritizing the person in my chair at all times. When it's your turn you'd absolutely want the same.
5. School is officially out for Summer. I am booking appointments through the summer months on a less chaotic scale to accommodate our camps and vacations. Before booking please make sure that you can commit to the proper aftercare. I can NOT tattoo sunburn or peeling skin. You won't be able to soak in water(pool, hot tub, lake, ocean, etc) or have direct sun exposure for a few weeks.

✨ appreciation post✨

I'm not a company, a small army, or a big box store. Since I'm a sole proprietor and there's no one else to count on, every donation I make is literally taken directly from my paycheck and I can see and feel those checks and balances. I have been through some really trying times in my life and felt kindness and hope out of places that I couldn't anticipate. I feel very strongly about karma and paying it forward to others in areas where I feel like they don't always get the recognition they deserve. Over mother's day weekend I held a flash event that I was able to book some appointments, pay for my supplies and time, as well as donate another $500 to a very deserving cause. This is the third year I am proud to be a sponsor for the Carbon County Environmental Center's Youth Conservation Camp. It's a traditional week long overnight program that wipes youth completely clean of technology and fills their young minds with nature education and physical outdoor activities. In a world where we don't know how to unplug and just enjoy the world around us, it's such a wonderful and worthy thing to contribute to. I want to give a genuine and heartfelt thank you for the support I had during this event that was able to operate as a business and still have the ability to pay it forward. If I didn't have the backing I do for these events I couldn't financially do it anymore. I am passing along gratitude from the staff at the environmental center as well for your help.

✨This isn't new news but with summer coming I get bombarded with donation requests so I'd like to repeat: I'm unable to accommodate those requests. I have a few nonprofits that I donate to every year and those are my priority/passion projects. Being one person who's does as much as I can do unfortunately I'm going to remain very stern on that statement.

Happy Friday! Just letting y'all know I'm out of the shop until Tuesday so I can enjoy a camping trip with my family. My summer/family schedule is kicking in gear starting now. My kids have only half days left for school this coming week and we're leaving for vacation after next week. I am booking late June into July right now. I will continue booking appointments and answering messages as I have the chance to get through these next few jam packed days before vacation.

I have work to do outside of the shop tomorrow during the day so I will likely resume my responses late in the day, or Wednesday. School is winding down so I'm also trying to be diligent in making sure all the home school end of the year projects are staying on course.
