Getting this beautiful bride touched up before her wedding day !

Wedding is just over 1 month out.
Lip filler touch up for gentle plumbing and shaping.

I am familiar with her face, otherwise I typically do not recommended injectables this close to a big event.

We will follow up in 2 weeks and likely add a light lip flip for smile enhancment in pictures. Be careful with this! A dose that is just right will create a beautiful smile, too heavy and you're drooling and slurring your words during your vows!

We are going for elegance over distortion. She has an absolutely beautiful face and the last thing we want is for her lips to take over her other stunning features.

📆 Planning a wedding soon? I recommend getting a consult and coming up with a plan at least a full 1 year in advance if at all possible !

Potatoes are high on the satiety index- meaning you feel more satisfied and full after you eat them.
They are also rich in fiber and vitamins to help support digestion and GI health.

You can choose either- sweet potatoes or white potatoes. Avoid fried potatoes, as the added fats can outweigh their nutritional value. Be mindful of your toppings-

A small pat of butter
Light sour cream
Sugar free maple syrup
Light brown sugar or brown sugar splenda -

Are all good options to enhance flavor and help make your meal more enjoyable.
