3 years?! On one hand, this feels like an eternity ago, on the other, where has the time gone? Thank you to my friends, family, and clients who have shown me insane levels of support for my little healing arts practice. When I walked off that stage 3 years ago, I knew in my soul that healing mind/body/spirit was my calling- and I would not take my foot off the gas pedal until I fulfilled that purpose.

In 3 years:
- Walked away TERRIFIED from the tech industry to focus solely on healing
- Earned 6 additional certifications in the healing arts
- Went from working out of PT/chiro/cancer clinics to opening up my own practice
- Opened, and closed, offices in Willow Springs, Lombard, and Homer Glen
- Found the dream location for my practice in Lemont!
- Grew my client list from 5 to 200 (actually today is 201!): 92% via word of mouth!
- Already outgrowing my practice space and on the hunt for commercial spaces to accommodate additional therapists, treatment modalities, and more surprises!

Hello and welcome to all my new followers! You'll learn that one of the things I'm very passionate about (besides Bujinkan and Healing arts) is the National Multiple Sclerosis Society since my father was diagnosed with MS in 2005.

Next weekend I will be participating in their annual Walk MS event to raise funds for research as well as providing MS patients and their families with access to incredible resources to manage the disease.

"The amount of medical gaslighting that women experience is not just a modern phenomenon". Which is why I ✨️specifically state✨️ to my uterus-born clients "no, you're not crazy, you know your body better than anyone does". I've said this to every woman vs about half of my male clients.

The primary form of relief I provide to clients on my table isn't PHYSICAL, it's PSYCHOLOGICAL.
