I love teaching my clients how to foam roll. They are a great addition to any exercise program. A convenient and cost effective alternative to massage.

Review from one of my clients

Caitlin has been my training and nutrition counselor for more than 6 months. She is very knowledgeable regarding the correct way to train both men and women. She is also knowledgeable about training people of various ages. I have had a couple of trainers in my life, but she is, by far, the most effective and supportive trainer I have ever had. She pushes me, without ignoring how my body is responding to the provided training. She is also helping me move forward in all of my training and nutrition goals.

Come enjoy an outdoor weekend workout at the Powell Community Center in Mission! During the month of May we mix it up with some fresh air fitness on the lawn. Cardio Blast @ 8:20am and Shape up @ 9am.

Kansas weather can be a little crazy, if conditions are not ideal class will meet in our usual indoor court.

I often get asked what lipstick I use as it stays in place throughout the toughest workouts including ultras. Maybelline Super Stay is the best on the market in my opinion, and the only one I will buy. I spent years and a pretty penny trying almost every long wear on the market and either couldn't stand how heavy they felt or had smudging during workouts. This lipstick lasted a 9 hour ultra in over 100 degrees with intense sweating and was still intact for finish line photos ( though the rest of me was a burnt hot mess) . Bonus it's reasonably priced!❤️💄

Nike thinking that putting this in their store front for the Boston Marathon shows how elitest the fitness community can still be. No one who shows up to a race is being tolerated it's awesome to show up and do your best. Some people have the ability to run the whole way , walk running mix is great too, walk the whole race cool you are there. 😎

If you felt left out or less than in the fitness community I am so sorry. Let's try to make everyone feel welcomed .

I know they weren't trying to be funny, however there is nothing funny about this issue.

Just getting around to posting this from Saturday.

Gravel race with my family with everyone beating their goal times!! Our team was the Sloth Sprinters complete with T-shirts and a sloth rucking buddy peaking out of my ruck pocket for company.
