This one feels full circle 🤍

From walking through the doors as a student… to becoming a teacher… to somehow becoming the owner… and now passing it on to someone I truly believe in.

This isn’t easy. This place has been such a big part of my life, my growth, and my heart. And what we’ve built here...the culture, the connection, the way people feel when they walk in...will always be so special to me.

This is Kristie ~ the new owner of the studio. And I couldn’t have asked for a better person to carry it forward.

She is so authentic in who she is, and the warmth, strength and grace she brings into a room is something you feel immediately.

She’s stepping in with heart, care, and so much intention… and I already know she’s going to honor this space and this community in the most beautiful way.

As for me… moved further away and stepping into my next adventure (still figuring out exactly what that looks like 😅), but this place...and all of you...will always be a part of me.

Breathe has always been about the people in it. And that doesn’t change 🤍
