"“Weight loss medications can slow digestion, which helps with fullness but can back you up. Getting enough fiber keeps your system moving, reduces bloating, and helps you feel better day to day.

It also helps stabilize blood sugar and keeps you fuller longer, so you’re not under-eating or missing key nutrients while your appetite is lower.

Simple target: aim for 25–30g of fiber daily, increase slowly, and drink plenty of water. Think vegetables, fruit, beans, oats, and seeds—keep it consistent.”
