What a potent week we are in. 🍂🌕🔥

We welcomed the Fall Equinox this Tuesday, and we have a beautiful Full Moon in Aries arriving tomorrow. 🫶🏻

I genuinely love learning about these moments in time and the wisdom nature offers us through them.

For me, it helps me understand myself a little more deeply.

Because we ARE nature.

We move through seasons, too.
We grow.
We bloom.
We harvest.
We shed.
We rest.
And we begin again.

And when I slow down enough to notice what’s happening around me, I often realize it’s mirroring something happening within me, too.

So I wanted to share some of what I’ve been learning about the energy of the Fall Equinox + Full Moon in Aries AND a short breathwork practice to help you work with it. ❤️

A little space to breathe.
To honor what this season has given you.
To release what’s complete.
And to find the courage to choose what you’re ready for next.
