Chuck’s journey with bipolar disorder, along with the anxiety and depression that accompany it, hasn’t just affected him, it has impacted the people he loves most, too.

We are so grateful to have played a part in Chuck’s journey toward better mental wellness through EXOMIND and to see the positive impact it has had on him and his family.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our former team member, Cindy Nolan.

During her time at Athletic Advantage, Cindy became a familiar and caring presence to many of our patients and staff. We know that some members of our clinic community will remember her fondly and will be saddened to learn of her passing.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, Mark, and everyone whose life she touched. Please keep those who loved her in your thoughts during this difficult time.
