🍅🌿 Garden Fresh & Full of Good Conversation! 🌿🍅

What better way to welcome our newest residents than with fresh ingredients, great conversation, and a little time spent together? ❤️

We gathered around the table to make homemade salsa using tomatoes fresh from our very own garden! We spent nearly two hours chopping, chatting, laughing, and getting to know one another. Tracy even brought fresh pickles from the market to share, adding an extra special touch to our afternoon. 🥒✨

Once our salsa was ready, we shared it with our friends as a tasty appetizer!

I have to say, I was genuinely surprised by everyone’s unique artwork and some of the unexpected artistic talents that came out today! ✨ It was so fun watching each person put their own spin on their masterpiece. 😊

We gathered together to honor and remember the residents we have lost over the past three months. ❤️ It was a beautiful time to reflect on their lives, share memories, and celebrate the lasting impact they had on our community.

A special thank you to Nathan Weller with VITAS Hospice and Chaplain Hensley for joining us and helping make this memorial so meaningful. We are so grateful for your compassion, support, and the care you continue to provide to our residents, families, and community.

Also a big thank you for our resident, Mercedes for playing us her beautiful songs on the piano and for her contribution of flowers, song and stories she provided for our service.

Though they may no longer be with us, their memories and the love they shared will always remain a part of our community. 🕊️❤️
