Bodies In Motion Studio offers Pilates, Yoga, and Barre classes from beginners to advanced. Our mission is to help promote wellness in the community through movement. Studio Open/Close Policy:
Bodies In Motion, LLC. follows the policy if Greenbrier Co. schools are closed; we will be closed. However, if there is a two or three-hour delay, we will continue to have class.

Join me in one week for a First Friday Sound Bath at Bodies in Motion, LLC in downtown Lewisburg, West Virginia. This 75 minute sound bath will feature crystal bowls, metal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. The theme of the sound bath is: a cosmic journey.
