Kentucky Health and Wellness is welcoming new patients for a variety of services including DOT Physicals, Drug Screening, Primary Care, Sports Physicals, Injuries, and Routine Screenings.

Stephanie Lucas, APRN, FNP-C is board certified in family care. She earned her masters in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. She has been in healthcare for thirty years with experience in primary care, critical care, infection prevention, quality management, and cardiology. Stephanie enjoys seeing patients in a rural setting and is dedicated to the patients in our community.

Hello everyone,

After careful consideration, Kentucky Health and Wellness has made the challenging decision to close three of its office locations: Morgantown, Leitchfield, and Owensboro.
The closures are as follows:
Morgantown will close on February 6th
Leitchfield and Owensboro will close on February 13th.
All patients at these offices will be recieving a call, text and email regarding the closures. We encourage everyone to transfer their care to one of our remaining office locations!


Our remaining offices in Lewisport and Hardinsburg will stay open.
Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm for urgent care, women’s health, behavorial health and primary care services.
