The healing journey doesn't always have to be heavy and deep.

Sometimes it can be silly and playful as we connect with the child within.

There’s a powerful kind of self-nurturing that happens when we indulge in moments of play and delight.

When we allow ourselves to be drawn to something simply because it feels good or sparks something in us.
